dentist tomorrow

Hey Minnesota, I was just reading through the postings and yours caught my attention.  I am going through the same thing that you went through in July and I am so jealous that yours is over and mine is still 11 days away.  I have avoided dentists for so long that I am in constant pain.  I am sure that I will require alot of work to get things squared away.  I am not only afraid of the procedures I am also worried that the dentist will lecture me on how bad things have gotten.  Believe me I know I should have been in sooner but I tried numerous times and kept cancelling.  I have hopefully found a sensitve dentist who can help me through this but who knows.  I tried talking to friends to find a good dentist but they all say they like their dentist but are unsure of how he handles patients with anxiety.  I just wanted to know how you are doing now.  Do you feel like facing your fears and going to the dentist lessened your anxiety or is it back up to where it was before?

It does sound delicious!
I hope everyone is having a great day. A big bowl of that ice cream would be a great reward after doing an exposure exercise!

its creamy vanilla kind of icecream with chunks of toffee in it, but its not really vanilla, its more butterscotch/caramel kind of flavour...

We went to this place and I had the yummiest ice cream, "butter brickle". I"m normally a chocolate kind of gal, but this was so creamy:) was really good. ;)
