Lynn, forgot to mention, I had same problem last time I tried quitting. I had a hard time trying to sleep. Two things you can use. Melatonin is a perfectly safe over the counter drug you can try. In and out of your system after a few hours, and naturally occuring in your body already, as I understand. Or you can request a perscription from your doc, altough there's some risk there of dependency, so talk to your doctor about that option. Good luck now. Have a great day!
