Great work on the cutting back you have already done Ansh!

It sounds like you are certainly making progress. Have you completed the program yet? This will help you to create a quit plan which will give you lots of tips on how to quit successfully.

YOU CAN DO IT.

Hi everyone, I thought of quitting 6 months back. I used to smoke only 3-4 cigs a day but now I have reduced to 1-2 a day. Also, now I don't feel like smoking, even if I feel like I throw it after 3 or 4 drags. Most of the times I feel like vomiting after smoking but its my mind that forces me to light up a Cig, even if its just a drag. Trying my best to quit, any valuable suggestion are welcomed.

Thanks
