Hey Bear!

Congratulations to you on your 5 year anniversary!!!   It's great to see you stop by and share your words of wisdom again!  Thanks for your friendship and support in my early days as a quitter!  I'll always appreciate that!  Hope you have a great reward planned for your accomplishment!

I don't come here much any more . I guess I like to think that I've graduated. But today is my 5th anniversary and what I have achieved is largely due to the people that I met here.I didn't start this journey until I was 67 and as you can see by my stats I have extended my life expectancy considerably. Words of advise, none. This is a personal journey and only you can decide whether you want to take it or not. The rewards for quitting are real but are hard to accept as real when your in the middle of withdrawal or craving so strong that you feel like your going to die or have mental breakdown if you don't have a smoke. Persevere my darlings you will make it.
