I don't come here much any more . I guess I like to think that I've graduated. But today is my 5th anniversary and what I have achieved is largely due to the people that I met here.I didn't start this journey until I was 67 and as you can see by my stats I have extended my life expectancy considerably. Words of advise, none. This is a personal journey and only you can decide whether you want to take it or not. The rewards for quitting are real but are hard to accept as real when your in the middle of withdrawal or craving so strong that you feel like your going to die or have mental breakdown if you don't have a smoke. Persevere my darlings you will make it.
