Dieting nightmare.  The best diet advice I ever got was the Pritikin diet. I tried it when it
first came out. I managed to stay on it for 8 weeks and felt wonderful. If I had
known about my ADD then I might have stayed on it
forever.

After supper I went to a neighbour for support.  In the evening I made popcorn and watched a movie called, "Underground Doctors," about healing.  And then I went to bed.
Another great success:)

Hi Humble,

Wow!  That sounds like a tough trigger situation.  Good for you for getting through this.  What helped you relax and not smoke after that experience?

Not smoking.  I went uptown yesterday.  The scene there was like something out of a science fiction movie.
Everybody on the street had a cigarette in their mouth or in their hands.  Turning a corner at a construction site four workers jumped out of the building.  It seemed to me to be four devils all pointing their cigarettes at me.
I couldn't get home fast enough.
