I did a double work out just for you miss marpple.. The client told it was nice to see me with such a nice appetite. I was laughing did not share that I was beatting the craving.
Leaving in CA when you tell people you used to smoke it's like you suddendly become this horrible person. I know this client for many years went to a lot of work functions and did not know I smoked.
I will remember NOPE Jim.
Breather how are you? - you are absolutly right about being tired.
Breanne - i am doing everything to stay of cigs. exercise, taking hot bath, walking, drinking tea, yoga, breathing eating chocolate, going to bed early, drinking with a straw. The only thing I need is not to have to deal with my husband!!! This is the only trigger I have left.
Sparky I had to reset my meter as well before and I really do not want to have to do it again
Rock might keep the mittens idea at home ahahah

I did not smoke. OUah so so happy!! I did have a glass of wine with dinner, it was a nice treat and I ate for 2 people that took care of the craving. I could barely get up from my chair, I was so full. Going to the gym I am still full from last night.

Hey Pet Serious Try not to get overtired. Ruined a 6 week quit that way. You've allready made it through today. You could allways wear oven mitts to the next dinner. Just tell them you're quitting smoking. I'm sure they'd understand. breather 29 Addict 0

Don't do it, please. You have received some very good advice. Go take a long bath and go to bed. Tomorrow you can begin another 24. You will be glad you didn't given in. I know what I am talking about. Resetting quit dates is not any fun; watching your days ad up is wonderful. Do another 24 and then another and another. We want you here.
Keep the Quit
