Hey Pet!  Don't do it!  Drink water like Breather said.  Take a walk.  Call a friend.  Go to bed.  Take a shower.  Put pot holders or mittens on both hands.  This demon is just trying to pull you to the dark side.  You don't need a cigarette.  Look at you!  You're at 7 days not smoking.  Most of the nicoteen is out of your system now.  Tell him No Way Jose!!!  You've finished Hell Week!  Congratulations!  I want to see you at surviving Heck week in 7 days!  You can do it Pet!!!!!

Hi Petruchki  Aw it's gnawing at you. Best things to do. Have a nice cool glass of water from the fridge or with ice. Suggest keeping water handy in the fridge 0 calories. Take a walk outside if you can and just take deep breaths of fresh air , if you have fresh air where you live? Do anything to distract yourself from obsessing on it. I slept a lot early on. You're almost through the day. If it was me I might just go to sleep. If you're hungry eat. If you're tired sleep. If you're lonely reach out. If you're angry read posts. I know what you're going through. breather 29 Addict 0

Petruchki,

You can and you will remain smoke free! You can do this!!
Stay strong! What have you done in the past few days to help prevent you from smoking?
Take a walk, drink some cold water, take a bath, watch a great movie, do anything to take you mind off of it!
Members, any suggestions?

Petruchki, hang in there, we're here for you!
