You are really doing great in your quit! If you can keep that great positive attitude, you are going to make it!! I had some of the same thoughts early in my quit and I had to keep telling myself that I AM stronger than that nico-demon! It really is on minute, one hour, one day at a time!!! As the days have gone by, I HAVE noticed that I though about cigarettes and smoking and craving less and less each day!!!
Soooo, keep the faith... Keep the positive mental attitude and yes, keep thinking N.O.P.E !!! It will get better, I promise!!!
