Way to go Judy!!!! 14 smoke free days is awesome. Congratulations. Hell week and heck week are memories now. As for feeling light headed or "spacey". Its normal, I'm another one who's been through it. Day by day, things get a little bit better. Your doing great. Keep that great quit going strong, Cheers, Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 64 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,600 Amount Saved: $544.00 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 8 Mins: 43 Seconds: 4

well, today is day 14 of not smoking and to be honest, it was a hard weekend and it took all i had in me not to go and have a smoke. I am still feeling lightheaded and out of it today. I am hoping that this is all part of the withdraw syndrom.
