Hi to all of you. Despite the road not being as smooth as I would like, I have hung on to my quit and I have not smoked. For the rest of it I am taking it one day at a time and trying my level best not to succumb to the negative feelings that I have been suffering over the last couple of weeks. Thanks for all of the advice I have been given. Although I have not been posting over the last couple of days, I have been lurking here in the background. Go raibh mile maith agaibh.
