I am finding it a bit easier today. My kids are noticing a little bit of difference in attitudes. My 14 year old daughter agrees with Cassy's daughter about hell week. She says she will never smoke after she has seen what quitting is like. I have noticed being able to smell better.(Not sure if that is good or bad, depending.) LOL One of my big problems right now is focusing on anything. I will just sit here and daydream. Hoping I'll get some energy pretty soon. Although never had a lot of that to begin with. Hope everyone is having a good day. Heck week is on it's way...much better than Hell week!! My husband and I quit together..and it does help to have a buddy that knows what you are going thru. Hang Tough..because you both CAN do it!! Keep coming back to this site as often as possible, I know it is what saved me ...my sanity and my ability to NOT cheat, even once!! We are doing good now, it gets better, promise. Just resolve yourself to the idea that you are now a non smoker!! Think of hte money saved, the clothes that no longer stink, your children..keep them first and foremost in your mind and you will do just fine!
