Welcome Laughery28, and I can say that the first four days of your quit are the hardest as the nicotine leaves your body. Then you have what is called Hell week which is Day 1 through Day 7 and then it gets somewhat better from Day 8 through 14 and which week is known as Heck Week and then, depending on your constitution, you'll be beset by cravings (some have less, like myself, and others have many on some days) that can last from a mind-flash to 5 minutes or more. But, you'll be wise to study the programme here ASAP and learn how to deal with the cravings in the Tools& Resources box at the top of this page.
Fill in your profile and your mileage meter and keep coming back to read and to post your feelings about the day to day hard work you're going to be doing. If you are having great difficulty with a craving, post in here asking for "Help" and wait for a short while for replies from your fellow members.
Things do get Better... depend on it, focus on it and work it hard.
Patrick
