Look at you, Terry, hell week is over!! You are doing so good. So what if you are a little b&*$%y ? You are doing an amazing thing and people will understand. Whether they have ever been smokers or not. In fact, most people expect a little edginess from new quitters. I was surprised at how much I could get away with in the beginning :eg: Now, I have to blame the cycle of the moon for my crankiness. ;) I do find that I have a lower tolerence for hunger and thirst now that I have quit. I think the cigs acted as a mask before. The joke around my office is that if it is 12:15pm and I have not left for lunch, then the correct time is "a quarter past cranky"!
Have a happy Saturday!
