That's right, schedule something else into that time. Are you at work? Then get together a "crave basket" - fill it with some fun things - sunflower seeds, word finds, trashy magazines, packets of hot cocoa, lotion. Then when the mid-mroning break time comes along you have that to look forward to.
FYI, sometimes those craves increase around the time of milestones, like one week , one month, 100 days. Since you just passed a week. Yeah, Terry!!!!!, your mind might be crying out for a reward. Since you used to reward yourself with a cig, it is throwing a fit. So, guess what? Reward yourself...lol
