Frequent Cravings

Hey Susie! I hope you are enjoying that bath you were headed to! You know your body will taunt you. You said you were antsy, well I thought I had restless leg syndrome. Couldn't stop it! It is these craves that sometimes seem like Chinese water torture that we endure. We get through them and come out stronger. We face them the next time with an overpowering spirit that makes them nothing. This is the journey. Stay on the path and with the support here. You'll be just fine! My resolve to stay quit is strong but with your added support I know I will win this battle. From the bottom of my heart - Thank you! I'm going to take a hot bath now, a reward of sorts! Cigarettes Not Smoked

Tonight I'm craving! I know it's all in my head but it's strong! I'm posting to let you know that I won't smoke. I'm trying to distract myself. I read somewhere that a craving only lasts for 3 minutes. For some reason tonight they are frequent. I've gone for a walk and have a pitcher of cold water beside me. I'm not going to smoke. I won't let nicotine control me anymore! I don't know why I'm posting. Maybe it will help. Thanks for listening!
