hey Den, that tired is normal. Your body is going through some healing right now. If you feel like a nap take one. :) Treat it well, at night, this weekend. Some hot tea maybe? Green tea? Dunno about you but it is way colder than we are used to in NC and that warms me up. Treat yourself also with solid rewards, even something small - it helps the mental battle. Good for YOU! Hey Den how's it going? Pretty good by the sound of things! Can I tell you, you were posting on here about two weeks ago when I had just quit, and you were saying how you were going to quit in a couple of days and you only had a few smokes left.. remember? And I read those and thought - oh dear, she wants to quit but she still loves the smokes too much, she won't get past day one. Well, look at you! I was wrong! Well done Den. Stick with it. I get 'bummed out' a bit but then again, I used to feel like that before, but then I had to deal with feeling bummed out and with being a smoker. One problem gone now. LLP - Girl, you were being vindictive! LMAO!! I so needed that laugh today. Den, - keep your head up girl, you're doing so good. Take ya a hot bath, find a good movie, snuggle up on the couch and eat some popcorn. I'm sure we're going to have ups and downs, it's probably just part of the process. I understand what you said about having that jealous thought for a second. The girl I work with goes outside and smokes on a regular basis and my husband has not been making it easy for me to say the least. Getcha some rest.... you're doing great! :) :eg: My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/14/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 25 Amount Saved: $6.88 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 3 Mins: 25 Seconds: 18

Well, today is Day Nine. No cravings so far. I did get a weird feeling when i seen a guy with his cigarettes out on the table in front of him. It wasn't a craving to speak of, just really noticed them and felt maybe a little jealous for a second. I just find the feeling last a second or two and that's it. My brain isn't thinking about "not smoking" or "smoking" too much anymore. Kinda getting used to it a little bit anyway. I walked behind a lady who was smoking today, wasn't a bad smell but didn't make me crave one either. So I guess that is progress. Thanks for the posts, kinda tired today, a little bummed out, not sure why. LLP Well I checked out that web site - is it real? If so, I think you could be the better person AND be vindictive! How do you get your spouse's photo on there? I'd love to see the ex-wife on there - 'abandoning children and screwing up my last quit' would do nicely! Sorry for going off topic here folks! Den, Wow! Those are some crazy dreams! Hang in there! "This too shall pass." Mine, though vivid, have not really been scary. Kristilu, He's on the Miami Valley Most Wanted list for non-support through Crime Stoppers & hasn't seen the kids in over 6 years, so, yeah... I laughed too. :eg: I can't quite decide if in the dream I was being the better person or being vindictive. Hmmm... What would Freud say? Night time is the worst. I can't sleep at all. But I'm told it will pass and so will your nightmares. Hang in there.
