LOL, Hey Fussyone! Don't worry so much about a few pounds. You have quit smoking and that is so very important to your health, far more important than even gaining twenty pounds. Chocolate won't kill you, cigarettes will!
I read that there is new research, that chocolate is one of the 'good fats' that can actually help you lose weight, when eaten in moderation. Also, chocolate is a helpful quit aid (Read that somewhere too) So don't give it up all the chocolate, it is good for you.
You will find that the cravings for chocolate will ease up down the road as well. I lived on chocolate covered peanuts for the first three months, and then it eased up, and the weight gain eases up too!
You just have to use common sense! :) But ahh....You can still send some to Todash!
