Exercise & obsession with eating chocolate

17 years ago 0 21 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
So ive stopped smoking for ages and ages now, i still feel really good about it! I have also started going to a jogging club with the aim of running 6 miles for my charity in May...which i know i'll hit the target. Been going to the gym most days as well and working out harder than the usual work out. HOwever, even though i'm doing a lot more than usual - i'm obsessed with chocolate...i can't stop thinking about it when i'm going to have my next chocolate! I'm secretly eating chocolate all the time to abnormal levels and ive put on two pounds - which i shouldn't be doing considering the ammount of exercise i'm doing at the moment! Although i have put on two pounds, i have lost one inch around my waist which is good. But, i know that eating this much sugar is not good for diabetis and i worry about that! So who is going to help this secret chocolate eater - get off the chocolate? Any offers? Is it normal to become obsessed, completely obsessed with something else like this when one has given up smoking? How long will it take till this craving chocolate dies down? Or do i have to accept that i may have to be turning into a fat minger for the rest of my life? fussyone!
