Misty- I am so happy to hear about your ten pound loss. I have posted on the sister website and I need to reel it in when it comes to eating. I will go through a few days of perfection, then binge, want to throw the towel in and then I start the cycle again!!!!

Well, i'm gonna try and get out there this afternoon! It was raining this morning, and now i'm working and watching the baby, and then this afternoon we have appointments. Maybe before dinner!
Guess who got their first 10 pound award at weight watchers this morning?

And I skipped out on my Day 2 of week 2 jogging program last night  I'll blame it on a really busy day at work, and yes, laziness too. Today's another day.

Well, I skipped out of walking today. I thought about it several times, but I have a bunch of art to do this week, and I couldn't seem to pry myself away from the computer long enough to walk. :(
Tomorrow, Kristi!

Hi all. I've been following that couch to 5km running program that Kristilu talked about a couple of weeks ago. It was -32 degrees here on Monday morning (without the windchill), so I'm using my trusty treadmill a lot! I'm on week 2 of the program, and managed to huff and puff my way through day 1 yesterday. I'll attempt to tackle day 2 today, with my phone beside me, pre-programmed to dial 911 if I pass out. LOL
