Hi Mary, Funny everytime I see your post I start humming # 3Blind Mice (your the farmer's wife) Well any how just stay here and read and then do things to keep hands busy, get mad so punch pillows, inhale on fat drinking straws cut to cig size and crimped on end. Go to bed early maybe after a warm relaxing bath. The first week is the hardest. Hope you don't have any cigs in your house. If your husband smokes make sure he locks his up. judy

You can do this Mary. Take one hour at a time. Remember, you can smoke, just choose not too. That thought helped me alot, along with mints to replace cigarettes!
