OK Mary......hang on.....the first week is called hell week for a reason.
Make sure to follow the workbook, post often, and whenever you get the urge, remember how important it is not to smoke. I would use my fingers to get on line and post here whenever I wanted a smoke. I'm not even sure what I said or to whom, but apparently it's helped me stay away from smokes for over a month.
This is a wonderful group of people here that will help you along. Me included.
Take it a couple of minutes, then 15, then an hour, then a day at a time.
You can do it. If I can, anybody can.
