Well I must be doing something right, am down 5.5 lbs in the last week. Which is good. I am working hard at it. I am finding the evenings my worst time. I have to address that, there's a couple of bad habits I started when I quit and I now need to unlearn them! I am trying to use the same method that I used to quit smoking, and that is great so far, except with food there are so many contradictions out there....its good for you...its not good for you....which means bottom line, I'll make my own choices and find a 'me' program that works. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 225 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,625 Amount Saved: $2,373.75 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 11 Mins: 51 Seconds: 47

Hi Lainey, that does make more sense! LOL However, I would still like to re-phrase it a little: We need to keep our immune system at its best by eating healthy foods and not by starving ourselves. I think that's what we both mean.
