Hey Doodles, that sounds like a tough diet. I am following W/watchers. I can have whatever I want, within reason of course, but I love that flexability, and I need the structure and accountability. Just my first week so we'll see how things progress. I only gained 17lbs this quit...its all the other quits that have added up, so I have a wasy to go. Good luck to you!
