Doodles, if you want to go to bed, go to bed. Listen to your body, take care of yourself. Hopefully, you used your time on the patch to identify and develop strategies for triggers, so all you have to deal with is the physical part of missing a really tiny amount of nicotine. I mean compared to how much you got when you smoked. 3 days, doodles & they can be easy days, really, they can. Recognize & deal with your triggers. Drink lots of water, deep breathe, chew on something, get fresh air, get enough rest. Keep in mind all the positives you have already realized from not smoking & look forward to only better things once you're also nicotine-free. Have you rewarded yourself? See that you do, it's very important, do it again once those 3 days are down. You can do this, doodles, you've been doing it for 37 days. All you have to do is keep doing what you're doing & that's how it gets done! Good for you Doodles! This will probably have been the worst of it for you! You may have another day or so and then you are sailing into the sunset! Congrats on going Nekkid! You will also find now that the nicotine is all outta your system, you are really gonna start feeling good! Way to go! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 210 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,250 Amount Saved: $2,215.50 Life Gained: Days: 25 Hrs: 17 Mins: 43 Seconds: 23

Back to basics, Doodles. You have to go through the nicotine withdrawls now. You'll do fine. Drink lots of water and take lots of deep breaths. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 37 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,110 Amount Saved: $216.45 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 9 Mins: 9 Seconds: 31

Same for me today. I actually started on 14 mg becausse my slip had me smoking 1 0r 2 a day. I think I did it like it says. Today was hard because I was at weekend place where I was at first quit. Sounds more complex than it is. More serious monitoring of all cravings no looking at old memories like smoking after eating..ha you thought you'd say something else ..
