Just hang in Doodles. It took three days for me to get thru the final drop. Deep breaths. Focus on the fact that you are done it! Nicotine free! And that my friend is wonderful! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 212 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,300 Amount Saved: $2,236.60 Life Gained: Days: 25 Hrs: 21 Mins: 47 Seconds: 57

Grandma Congrats to you for 60 big days!! You sound like you live in my world... One of my rewards was to have the AC repaired in our upstairs playroom.. It took them 2 visits & lots of dollars...now the pump that takes the water away quit working... so now I have 2 big holes in my ceiling where the AC has leaked onto my desk... and my sons laptop!! WOW!!! Ya just have to laugh out loud.. what else can you do??? My reward for 60 days and stepping down to none will be having the handyman here for Thurs morning to caulk and paint vents that the duct cleaners screwed up and to put new doorknob on. I'm also trying to organize a local Flyfest. Don't ask it's a Flylady thing. Cleaning and organizing. I'm really sucking the straws today for some reason. Doodles how ya doin today? I went nekkid starting yesterday and didn't feel any different except for the memories of my first day of quitting which came back over the weekend as I visited in the country. Maybe if you expect to feel something you will when you step down from 7 mg. to nothing. Also I'm in that "no man land" and have to get myself a reward .
