Doodles, if you want to go to bed, go to bed. Listen to your body, take care of yourself.
Hopefully, you used your time on the patch to identify and develop strategies for triggers, so all you have to deal with is the physical part of missing a really tiny amount of nicotine. I mean compared to how much you got when you smoked.
3 days, doodles & they can be easy days, really, they can. Recognize & deal with your triggers. Drink lots of water, deep breathe, chew on something, get fresh air, get enough rest.
Keep in mind all the positives you have already realized from not smoking & look forward to only better things once you're also nicotine-free.
Have you rewarded yourself? See that you do, it's very important, do it again once those 3 days are down.
You can do this, doodles, you've been doing it for 37 days. All you have to do is keep doing what you're doing & that's how it gets done!
