Journaling your intake can be beneficial for you and your health. There are many ways to maintain and lose the weight. Each body is different and it is a good idea to talk with your doctor to come up with a plan that is right for you. Take the time to write down your daily intake. Take it to your doctor or nutritionist to help guide you through a healthy way to attack the weight :) Josie, Support Specialist

When I began my quit, there were a group of quitters that tracked daily what we ate. We also included the exercise that we did. It kind of held us accountable for what we were doing on a daily basis just like the rest of the site keeps us accountable for our meter. Each day we would record what we had for the day before. I just had a physical for my new health insurance and weight more than I ever have in my life. Smoking is bad for us and so is being overweight. Anyone interested in joining me for a little daily accountability???
