Alright it's getting near 5pm.
I had cleaned my house out of all naughty food and
dumped my couple of pieces of nicorette gum I had.
The heck with giving up the stupid nicorette gum!!!!!....It hasn't even entered my head. but...but..but...I forgot the stupid Hershey Chocolate Bars in the cupboard left over from making smorse camping!! I haven't even thought about the darn gum....I can't get my mind off the stupid CHOCOLATE.
GEEEEEEESH...........it was easier giving up the cigarettes!! :mad:

I got home from the grocery store and spent over $100 on my plan.
I got lots of organic dinners and some Healthy Choice dinners.
My favorite gum is Orbit (speariment)...so I got that.
I'm gonna put the stuff away and have my first organic meal with a organic salad! I'm also going to keep a journal of what I eat and how long I exercised and walked. I'm gonna graph the weight loss.
I know I'm gonna do this thing. I have to....it is part of what my whole plan was.
OH...........I had to laugh.
I bite off pieces of the Orbit gum like I did the nicorette gum.
SOOOOOOOO.......... as I drove to the store I bit off about a third of the stick of Orbits gum and proceeded with my drive to the store. I shoped...loaded the truck and began to drive home. I said to myself...." Alright girl, spit out your last piece of nicorette gum!!"
THEN IT HIT ME.... :8o:
I didn't have nicorette gum in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I forgot I used regular gum.
Guess it really was like that binki security blanket...wasn't it.
A false security.
Gosh...I'm always amazed at how big a part the mind really plays in addictions and quiting them.
