Hi Joyful,
Sounds like you're doing really well. You're nicotine free right now and therefore what is left is within the mind.
I have quite a few people in the office breathing deeply 12 times on the hour every hour..even if they've never smoked :) I told them it reduces stress.

Hello all :)
Congratulations!!!!!!! I'm right behind you, in your shadow. I need you to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep moving forward and don't turn around. Just know that I'm here & I need for you to keep shining that light ahead for both of us to find our way. And we will! I know it's there cuz I've been there before :)
Just Breathe...

I'm with you Kev on the number of 1quits... I think I'm somewhere in the 40s as well... I know I'm well over 30 quits in my lifetime, but all it took was one to finally make it stick! And that's all it will take for you too!
I bet seeing that money pile up is a great incentive to keep going! Just remember, while you are fighting those megacraves, that these cravings are 2 cravings that you will conquer and the more cravings you conquer, the closer you are to never feeling this way again! Way to go on making it through Hell Week!
Crave the Quit!

Keep fighting, you know you can do it. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see you so positive & confident.
Quitting is life-changing for all of us in different ways but I see this having a huge impact for you in so many areas, Kev & I am very much looking forward to making the journey with you.

Hey Unhooked. Nice to see ya! Woohoo? ! :)
Lots of positives. How about a jar full of money not spent on cigarettes, no stinking the house out at 4:30am because you needed a smoke even at that hour, thats just two.
I am fighting two megacraves in a row at the moment, but will think of loads more positives in a bit.

Nance, You're right. In fact it is listed in the SSC workbook. I was way more that 7 and slightly less than 50 quits. Quite a few of those were in the last 4 months after I discovered this site. Maybe it should also list quit memory too in the workbook.
Right I will start a new thread for heck week as this one is getting quite long again. :)
