Starting my new thread as the other one was getting quite long. 7/7/7 is less than a week away. I've been attempting to cut down all last week with just the inhaler and a normal packet of cigarettes. Somedays better than others of course. However, as of today, I am on the top whack (21mg patches & inhaler) so will be trying to not smoke each day. There are some good things that have happened since my last quit in the form of a smoking ban so of now I cannot smoke in my local pub, at a bus stop, train station etc. And to be honest, I really don't fancy trapseing outside everyday at work for a smoke. Especially in this weather. Right now I am writing out a list of things that actually interest me (it's a very short list at the moment) as last time I was really really rubbish at the whole rewards thing. Lots of mini-milestones for me this time around. I'll try and not think about day 7 until I get there. I will keep close as usual and let you know my thoughts on how it is going.
