Hey Scotty,
Just take it one day at a time and don't overwhelm youself. If you haven't gone through the workbook over to the left of this page, you need to work through it. It really helps to prepare you for your quit. You CAN do this and we're here to help you each step of the way. Keep reading posts and post a lot yourself. Make sure you have your coping skills lined out. Drink lots of water, have your hard candy/gum on hand, think of some things to busy yourself doing when a craving comes your way, and keep talking to us. You'll do great.
Stay Strong,
Tutti
