That makes a lot of sence I went out to my car and forgot it has ilockin gas cap and she has the key. so I guess iwill have yo wait until Tuesday to go up. I am so frustraded. Can you relate to that?
Yes,
Over time, the more you expose yourself to, the easier it becomes!!
The longer you avoid it, the more fear you will develop.
Does that make sense? :)
I called my principal earlier this morning she was very nice to me. That took A lot out of me . I guess the next step is to go up their. Do you think this exposure will lower my anxiety/?

Its A beautiful day in LA. today the temperature is 75 degrees and the sun is shinning.I,m trying to come up witth some poitive rewards for my morning group to displace my negative behaviors. My wife says I still need to work on that negative bahavior. If you can think of any positive rewards for my class in this endeavor I sure would appreciate it .I have made this class pretty unrully. If Their is anybody that wants to chime in I sure could use reward help.
Yes, it is hard at first.
Remember when you first learned to ride a bicycle?
The goal of freedom was greater than your fear of falling?
With practice and with keeping both your mind and body busy with other positive activities, it will get easier.
Mentally put up that Stop sign each time and refocus on something else.
YOU can DO IT....I KNOW you CAN!!
