Wendel2, How are you doing today? Did you find de-stress after you got home? Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Of course I (nor anyone on these boards) know what caused your heart attack. These things are scary and sometimes cause us to want to do whatever it takes to prevent it happening again. Your decisiion to quit would be good anytime and now is as good as any. I have a friend (non-smoker) who was in his early 30's when he had a heart attack. Nobody knows why he had it but that was 30 years ago and he hasn't had another one. Good luck and make everyday a new day for not smoking. Harrell - Free and Healing for Four Months, Twelve Days and 20 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 11 Days and 13 Hours, by avoiding the use of 3325 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me $501.54.
