Hang in there, okay? You CAN win out over this addiction.
Drink lots and lots of water....It helps with the cravings and cleans your system; Have hard candy, gum, sunflower seeds, toothpics, etc. for that hand to mouth thing; avoid trigger....those places or things that you associate with smoking. If you can't avoid a trigger, change it up or rearrange it. My computer was a major trigger for me, I could avoid it so I rearraged the things on my desk, sat a candy jar out, a candle, and pics of loved ones...things like that. When a crave hits, get up and move around if even for a couple of minutes. That's so important....Get something to drink, take a walk, clean something, etc. Post and read a lot here on the site when the cravings hit hard. Come here rather than lighting up. We're here for you anytime you need us.
