Hey Mark! Keep working at it. Yes, do the program, it is very helpful and read read read all you can! It really does help. MOst people feel a bit woozy or lightheaded the fisrt couple of days, that will pass, some people use water, gum, candy or sucking on a straw to help with the cravings - whatever works for you!
Try to stay positive, find things to keep you busy and it will pass quickly!
