Maxie,
Jump back on the wagon with us, okay? Don't beat yourself up. Just get up, dust yourself off, and keep on with your quit.
You're right in the 30 Day stage of your quit and there is often a bump in the road when you hit that stage. I know you've read posts about the 30-60-90 Day slumps. Right? Think about that and get on with your quit. You smoked half of a butt. That's a slip and you can get passed that easy enough. Let us know how we can help?
Right now, being in that 30 Day Stage, pull out all of your coping skills that you used at the very beginning of your quit. Then look to see if there was something else that triggered the slip.
You CAN do this. I know you feel bad but let's get on with it. Okay?
Hugs and Hang In There,
Tutti
