Tutti, Congratulations on day 4. If you can't sit still then get up and get moving. Find a great distraction or physical activity and get rid of that anxiety & tension. Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

By the way, I have to add. It isn't like this all the time, or I would have caved long ago. There are certain times cravings are worse than others. Most of the time it's a piece of cake. Maybe not chocolate cake, but cake anyway. Tutti, this is my day 25 and it sounds like your day 3. This is the worst it has ever been and it started yesterday. If I am hanging in there, YOU need to hang in there too cause we hang together. You hold me up for five minutes, then I'll hold you up for five minutes and together we will get through the day. You can do it, white knuckles and all. When this is over and it will be over we will both look back and say WHEW, what a ride! It will be over. No matter how bad it gets, it will be over. Lack of smokes never killed anyone. Thank you! Really enjoyed the "Hee Haw" flash-back. Hope you are doing better now. Taking a deep breath, (wow, we can do that now!) and stating, "I don't smoke anymore.", always seems to cheer me up at these moments.
