MRSD, it sure does get better. You read my Day 3 and now I'm on Day 51. I did the same thing you did too. Day 1 and 2 wasn't too bad at all. But Day 3....Well, you can tell that it was kicking my butt all over the place. I was about to cave when I came here to the site first. Just being advised and supported by people who DO understand made me feel better. Day 4 wasn't too bad for me because I know the nicotine was finally out of my system and by Day 5, I felt so much better. From then until now, I have good days and bad days but it's getting so much easier. I was starting NOT to believe folks when they told me that it gets easier but they weren't yanking my chain. It really does get easier.
While you're going through hard days, post, read and vent a lot. We'll come running and I do promise...it will get easier. Hang in there, okay?
Stay Strong,
Tutti
Angel, I'm so glad you were here today for MRSD while I was away.
