Bear,
That's not exactly the kind of reward we're talkin' about! LOL
Keep up the good work, and add that $117 to the money you DON'T spend on the stogies!

Isnt it wonderful to see that so many people have been able to quit smoking before us. And just as helpful I find to see new people trying each day. And I too love this family we have here.
We are on our way to 4 years too remember, with each minute we dont light up.

Morning Bear -
First, I want to say that I'm really impressed with you - you are obviously a tough person. Your hard work is paying off - just look at your Quit Meter.
I know what you mean about so many things being triggers. What I've found is that once I do something, without smoking, a few times - it's not so much a trigger anymore. It's like re-learning how to do everthing...how to drive, walk, eat, etc without a smoke. It helps to know that it does get easier & more do-able!
So, keep up the good fight!
P.S. that's really scary that they used nicotine as a pesticide!

Hey Bear. I'm so glad to see you are looking so stong on Day 3!!
You are very inspiring in your journey to lead a healthier lifestyle. I hope things are getting easier for you each day. Just keep doing what you are doing and don't look back. You have made it through 2 days (of hell) and I'm sure you don't want to have to repeat them.
And remember to check up on how much healthier you are now that you have quit. Keep going, its hard but soo worth it.
