Oh my gosh! I just ate something healthy! I have never been one to really watch my weight, but with this quitting smoking thing, I am eating way too much so I started to pick healthier things to eat. My body doesn't know what to do! :) Karen My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 151 Amount Saved: $35 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 13 Seconds: 39

Angelcapp, I have a tendency to overeat during a quit myself. It must be that oral fixation thing. I tried Wellbutrin (bupropion) on my last quit since my doctor said it would help to curb the appetite. It did! However, it didn't interact well for me with the patch. This time I am using Chantix, and I have again asked the doctor for Wellbutrin to curb the appetite. I am hoping it will work this time. I'll let you know, I pick up my Rx tonight! Good luck!
