Boy was I glad to read this. Not glad for you, of course, and i'm hoping you are over it, but glad for myself.
Today is day 30 and I woke up so happy and proud and then have proceeded to crave cigarettes ALL DAY LONG. I even started to cry once in the kitchen because I wanted to smoke so badly. No, that's not right, I didn't want to smoke, but I wanted smoking to not be bad for you. If that makes sense.
The whole rest of the day has been bleh and depressed and mopey. I've been keeping myself busy but the day feels like it is *dragging* and where yesterday I didn't think of a cigarette during the day at all, today I find myself thinking of them every hour.
How depressing.
I know it can't last, but what a kick in the pants it is, coming off of so many good days.
