Boy was I glad to read this. Not glad for you, of course, and i'm hoping you are over it, but glad for myself. Today is day 30 and I woke up so happy and proud and then have proceeded to crave cigarettes ALL DAY LONG. I even started to cry once in the kitchen because I wanted to smoke so badly. No, that's not right, I didn't want to smoke, but I wanted smoking to not be bad for you. If that makes sense. The whole rest of the day has been bleh and depressed and mopey. I've been keeping myself busy but the day feels like it is *dragging* and where yesterday I didn't think of a cigarette during the day at all, today I find myself thinking of them every hour. How depressing. I know it can't last, but what a kick in the pants it is, coming off of so many good days. :/ My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 30 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 492 Amount Saved: $150 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 17 Mins: 2 Seconds: 50

Susie, Yet another hits the 30 day pit!!!! Shows you're on the right track, and perfectly normal. I laid low during this time, and a few days later I emerged stronger than before! Hang on tight Susie, it'll be over before you know it. Treat yourself to some extra rest. Cheers, Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/13/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 49 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,485 Amount Saved: $441 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 13 Mins: 39 Seconds: 31

Susie, Congratulations on 30 days! Time for a reward! Some members do experience a rough patch at this point. It is temporary and it does pass. Until then, get back to basics and employ the same coping strategies and distractions that got your through those first few weeks. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi everyone. Looks as though it's true. I have the 30 something craves, twitches, blues.....whatever you want to call it. Well I hope they go. I am tired again after getting a burst of energy for a couple of days.
