Great to hear of your success, I was thinking of you last night and wondering if you were alright...Well apparently, you are putting some distance between your always delightful self and our mutual addiction. Stay with it.
I am finding that as I train my mind to "see" in a different way, the idea of smoking is becoming more and more a caricature...a cartoon, no more necessary or vital than stick figure on a restaurant napkin...It is fast becomeing a 2D reality that used to masquerade as a 3D plseasure...Ain't no pleasure in it all, unless you happen to be an executive for Phillip Morris...
Stay Well and Strong
