Day Two - No Big Deal

Hi All - You know, I don't know if I'm just an experienced quitter but my 2nd day has also been uneventful. I'm enjoying my quit this time. I don't miss anything and have had no cravings. I'm off work this week so I spent some time working out, playing guitar, cleaning the garage, etc. Tomorrow, I think I'll go see a movie with my son (any suggestions?). My advice to everyone who is stressing out through the 1st few quit days, I keep saying to myself "Enjoy! You are now a non-smoker!". P.S. I can now smell my cologne all day long ( I always wondered why it only lasted a few hours);) Peace to all... 2tone My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/26/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 42 Amount Saved: $5.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 6 Mins: 37 Seconds: 21

2Tone: What a great attitude! That's why this seems so easy for you. You have truly made this commitment to yourself and moved on. You're focusing only on the positive and congratulating yourself on being a non-smoker. Way to go! Keep the faith. 2tone, Some people find it easier than others the first few days. Although you should continue to make sure you're prepared for cravings, enjoy this time in your quit! Congrats on day 2! Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

I am finding the quit easier than the others and asked myself if it was because I was an experience quitter. Who knows, I am enjoying myself for today. I know that I am a non-smoker today and that is the way I chose to remain. See you around happy quitter :eg: My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 168 Amount Saved: $48 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 5 Mins: 48 Seconds: 2
