Hi All -
You know, I don't know if I'm just an experienced quitter but my 2nd day has also been uneventful. I'm enjoying my quit this time. I don't miss anything and have had no cravings.
I'm off work this week so I spent some time working out, playing guitar, cleaning the garage, etc. Tomorrow, I think I'll go see a movie with my son (any suggestions?).
My advice to everyone who is stressing out through the 1st few quit days, I keep saying to myself "Enjoy! You are now a non-smoker!".
P.S.
I can now smell my cologne all day long ( I always wondered why it only lasted a few hours);)
Peace to all...
