That is awesome that you remained grounded in that situation. The devil definitely likes to try and tempt us. I have been having a serious, intense cravings for almost the entire day. I am able to keep pushing the thoughts away, but the arrival of the nice weather is really doing it to me! I kept thinking I'll just bum one...then I say to myself "do you really want to undo all that you have so courageously started?" That worked a few times. Then, I was like "I know there are some butts outside from friends smoking"...then I tell myself " would you REALLY stoop that low for a cigarette?" That worked a bit too. So what is TRUELY working here is this...I keep craving, and craving today...so I came here, I read your post and it put me back in my place. I have been reading so much today...and it's working!!!!
Your strength gives me encouragement to stay strong along this course...thank you.
