Sparky, even though the title is "Please no celebration..." I am celebrating for you because you have finished today. We wont worry about tomorrow right now...we will smile and be thankful for today. You know the answer, Sparky...one day at a time, and you know that when you cant face one day, you face one hour, and you know that when you cant face one hour, you face one minute. I know for a fact that you can do this. I also know how hard it is. But a woman who has done all that you have done...can do this, too. It IS easier to smoke, just like you said. But are you going to take the easy road for short-term comfort? Of course not. Sparky, we are all with you as you can see. Hang in there, please.
Rusty :)
