Hi Sparky - I was just looking back to try and remember what the days were like...I remember a really rough time in the 3rd week and around the 30 day mark. I remember by the 3rd week, I had survived hell week and heck week but I was soooooooooo tired from dealing with craving every single day that I didn't know if I had the energy to go on. I thought that it should be okay but, in some ways, I felt worse because I was EXPECTING to feel bad for the first 7 - 14 days.
Sparky - you are so important to us too. You not only need to take care of yourself right now, you need to do something REALLY nice for yourself. What would a good friend do? Do you need a day away from reg responsibilities? Is there something you would really, really like to have for yourself? What would make you feel better? Whatever it is, do it!
If we were there, we'd do it for you.........so be your own best friend!
