Hi ALL
Thanks for the support, it is really strange, i dont really crave if i have had a drink, but when i posted i had just went through 3 days of craving a ciggie in the morning, and afternoon when i dont drink???
Maybe it is just my body re adjusting????
The other day at work the 2 girls in the office went for a ciggie and i had no cravings, no problem within, did not want to join them nothing. When i nip down the local shop, no problems, i buy what i need and ignore the tobacco, when a friend is smoking at the bus stop i can easily stand up wind from his smoke, no probs it si only at stupid times of the day, in stupid situations????
I am a scientist so always have stuff on my mind it is when i am concentrating on spiders that i get the biggest urges and i cannot stop the spiders as this is what 95% of my life revolves around.
My cavalry is this site, having a competative streak (and i have to win) i see people with thier days of stopped smoking in the hundreds and that helps me - as i am going to beat your targets :)
Thanks again for all your comments and support,
BTW did anyone read in New Scientist that the nicotine content in cigarets has went up 11% in recent years, and the Tobacco industry claims it is not trying to get people hooked???
Ray
